I was surprised to find no milk in the room, despite tea and coffee facilities being available (what's the point?). also, the glasses were dirty. It was off-putting. there was never anyone at reception.

the rooms were very comfortable. it had everything needed for a great stay and the position in regards to the racecourse was convenient. i am sure if i needed anything the host would have helped.
the shower had terrible water pressure. i was not aware of a second shower until checking out. the in bedroom sink gurgled all through the night and this led to a disturbed sleep.
